Alfa Business Suite (“the App”) is a business-management application used by Alfa-Fix and its authorised shops to run point-of-sale, repair service jobs, inventory and accounts. This policy explains how information is handled.
The App is operated by Alfa-Fix (Authorized Service Center), Kollam, Kerala, India. Contact: [email protected].
The App does not collect location, contacts, photos or device identifiers for advertising, and contains no third-party ad or analytics SDKs.
All data is stored on the business’s own private server (app.alfa-fix.com) and transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
When a staff member chooses to send a receipt, thank-you or status update, the customer’s message is delivered through WhatsApp and/or email at the staff member’s request. No automated marketing is sent without that action.
Business records are retained for as long as needed to operate the shop and meet legal/tax requirements. A customer may request correction or deletion of their personal details by contacting the shop at the email above.
The App is a tool for shop staff and is not directed at children.
